Four-step method for identifying genuine mesh

1. Minimalist characteristics
In identifying genuine mesh, the first thing we need to pay attention to is its "minimalist" characteristics. This is mainly reflected in the design of the mesh. The real genuine products often pursue simplicity but not simplicity. Every detail has been carefully polished, presenting a low-key and restrained beauty. Inferior or counterfeit products are often complicated in design and lack overall beauty and coordination. Therefore, by observing the "minimalist" characteristics of the mesh, we can preliminarily judge whether it is genuine.

2. Visual observation
In the identification of genuine mesh, "looking" is the first step, that is, carefully observing the appearance characteristics of the mesh through vision. Mesh, a grid-like glass fiber cloth interwoven by warp and weft yarns, has standard characteristics including uniform surface aperture, horizontal and vertical radial and weft, and neat and straight edges without burrs. In contrast, inferior or counterfeit mesh often has different apertures, chaotic warp and weft interweaving, obvious burrs on the edges, and unevenness. Through these subtle differences in appearance, we can easily distinguish the authenticity of the mesh.

3. Olfactory judgment
In the identification of genuine mesh, "smell" also plays a key role. Through smell, we can identify the smell emitted by the mesh. Standard mesh, due to the polymer emulsion coated on its surface, usually emits a mild, non-pungent latex fragrance, which has a strong affinity to the human body and does not cause instinctive rejection. However, inferior or counterfeit mesh, due to the possible use of non-standard materials such as urine glue, PVC emulsion or vinyl acetate emulsion, its smell is often pungent and uncomfortable, and can even be smelled through the packaging bag. The potential harm of this smell to the human body is also one of the important bases for distinguishing true and false mesh.

4. Touch experience
In the process of identifying mesh, "cutting" or touch is also very important. By touching, we can deeply understand the feel of the mesh and judge its quality. Standard mesh strictly controls the yarn, weaving and coating links during the production process, so it has excellent fit and durability. Its characteristics are that it can be kneaded into a ball at will and then automatically and slowly restore to flatness without breaking the yarn; the warp and weft fabrics will not be deformed when pulled at will; and it feels smooth and painless when the palm is flat on the fabric. In contrast, inferior or counterfeit mesh fabrics have a very different touch. They often cannot automatically restore to flatness, the coating layer is too hard to knead, and the warp and weft fabrics are severely deformed and cannot be restored after a slight pull; and there is a noticeable prickly and stinging feeling when the palm touches them.
